Tshidi Mongalo is the Founder of Montshabi Projects (Pty) Ltd, a highly experienced Live Events Producer and Project Manager with over 20 years of expertise in delivering exceptional live event experiences. Known for her professionalism, creative insight, and hands-on approach, she has built a career around bringing bold ideas to life with precision and passion.

Her experience spans some of the most established event properties and agencies in the industry, including Delicious International Food & Music Festival, Afropunk International Music Festival, Homecoming Africa Music Festival, Beanstalk Productions, Pundit Projects, Constitution Hill, Showsync, and Blackpepper Promotions. She has contributed to these projects both independently and through the Montshabi Projects team, consistently delivering work of a high professional standard.

Tshidi holds a National Diploma in Performance Arts Technology from Tshwane University of Technology and a Project Management qualification from Varsity College. She also serves on the Events Safety Council under SACIA, further demonstrating her dedication to industry leadership and best practice.
